Dr. Mallikarjun Angadi is working at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai since 1998. Presently he is serving as Chairperson, Centre for Library & Information Management Studies (CLIMS) & Deputy Librarian, SDTM Library. He has Masters Degree in Library and Information Science with Gold medal from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga and also Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from the same university. He has been awarded Ph.D degree in library science from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga, Karnataka in 2008. He is the recipient of SIS-Razaida Memorial Young Information Scientist Award (2008). He is the recipient of prestigious Commonwealth Professional Fellowship for the year 2013 and worked at University of East London, London, UK. He also received USA-IVLP Fellowship (2007) from US Dept. of State and visited many advanced libraries in USA.

Mr. Shekappa S. Bandi is a Post Graduate in Library and Information Science from Karnataka Univercity, dharwad served as Resource Person for Post Graduate Diploma in Library and Information Management in Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Presently he is the Library Professional in prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedaba. He hs conducted several such wo9rkshops alongwith Dr. Mallikarjun Angadi across India.
